Statement of Faith

This ministry believes in the Bible. The 66 books were given to man by God's spirit, inspiring them to write the errorless original manuscripts. (2 Tim 3:16)

This ministry affirms the Trinity as one essence in three persons.

God the Father (Is 63:16, Jn 20:17) Loving and just. Sovereign and eternal. All-knowing and all-powerful. Unchanging.

Jesus, the son of God on earth whilst also being God himself, pre-existing in all his glory (Jn 8:58, Jn 10:30). Born of a virgin to redeem humankind, sinless, dying on a cross, and physically raised from the dead. Although ascending to the Father, he will return to earth. (1 Thes 4:13-17)

The Holy Spirit, co-equal with God and Jesus (Mt 28:19), regenerates the Christian at conversion, causing them to be a new creation (2 Cor 5:17). If the conversion was true rather than not (Mt 13:19-30), the Holy Spirit leads them to a life of fruit (Gal 5:16-25). The Holy Spirit can also baptize the believer as an outpouring for them to do the work of God on earth, as evidenced by speaking in tongues. (Acts 19:1-6; 10:44-47) The Holy Spirit also provides the spiritual gifts of the body of Christ. (1 Cor 12:7-11)

Salvation of man and woman is carried out by God’s grace, based on the redemptive work of Jesus on the cross, and is not accomplished by the merit or work of the individual (Eph 1:7, 2:8-10). Those who repent and put their trust in Jesus as their provision for their sinful condition (Mk 1:15) are declared righteous by God (Rom 3:21-22). A human is saved after hearing the message of the gospel (Rom 10:14), being convicted by the Holy Spirit of sin (Jn 16:8-9), mentally turning from sin to God (2 Cor 7:9-11), and placing one’s trust in Jesus as the complete and sole payment for sin (Jn 3:14-15). Then the Holy Spirit indwells the individual (Rom 8:9), resulting in being born again (Jn 3:3). The Christian then naturally bears fruit in keeping with the internal transformation that has taken place (Mt 3:8; 7:17-23; Jn 3:36).

The Church is the universal body of Christians, beginning from Acts 2 to the future return of Christ. It is not limited to a building or denomination, although members meet locally at what can be called a church as well. The church can and should operate in the gifts such as prophecy (1 Cor 14:1). Christians are called to preach (Mt 28:19-20) the gospel or “good news” (1 Cor 15:3-6) to the unsaved. Additionally, while they are evangelizing they can and should be healing others and casting out demons as well. (Acts 3:6-8; 8:6-17; 16:16-18)

In the end, all humans will be resurrected and will go to their everlasting places. (Acts 24:15, Dan 12:2) Christians, while being born twice, will only have had to suffer one death and will return to be with Jesus. (2 Cor 4:14) Christians who are alive at the time will also be caught up (raptured) to Jesus with the rest of the church (1 Thes 4:16-18). The rest of humanity still alive will be judged. Those unsaved who had died and had been awaiting in Hades being born only once will be facing their second death. They too will be judged by Jesus (Jn 5:22) and all of them will be thrown into the lake of fire. The Devil, the False Prophet, and the Antichrist will also be thrown into it. (Rev 20:13-15) There will be a tribulation on this timeline, though who is in it and when, is contested amongst believers. What is certain is that God will create a new Heaven and new Earth where Christians will reign with Jesus forever. (Revelation 21:1-22:5)

This ministry holds a supernatural worldview of the Bible in the context of its original authors and operates with a Divine Council Worldview that can often conflict with westernized modern Evangelical popular church beliefs. Due to the nature of Adam Prout's testimony and experiences, along with the biblical affirmations thereof, spiritual warfare and the kingdom of darkness and the war for human souls are not taken lightly or swept under the rug. More background on that, or what is also known as the Deuteronomy 32 Worldview, can be found here: https://thedivinecouncil.com/DivineCouncilLBD.pdf and https://www.thedivinecouncil.com/
